Mr Ahmed Alkhatib is an expert in all legal aspects related to corporate governance, business laws, trade finance and commercial disputes. He gained his law degree from Damascus University and obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom in 2012. He has been practising in Oman since the year 2012 as a legal consultant with leading law firms and acted as a legal advisor for Ahli Bank for the last two years specialising in providing legal opinions, reviewing legal documents, T&Cs and negotiating contracts.

Mr Ahmed has excellent experience in handling disputes from the pre-litigation stage, setting legal strategy, representing clients in arbitration tribunal and supervising litigation matters, particularly in finance, commercial and construction disputes.
